StoryArc was founded by Sydney Throop and Gowri Buddiga, two campaign operatives who bring deep campaign management experience and a shared mission of building smarter tools for the progressive ecosystem. Gowri developed her expertise organizing and operationalizing campaigns across competitive races—while Sydney spent years on the front lines of campaigns and at political tech companies, Relentless and Movement Labs.
